Brilliant training session this morning with 16 of our Cubs. We practiced our defensive line skills first then moved on to passing. The kids' passing accuracy has definitely improved since before Xmas - maybe Santa brought a few rugby balls to practice at home?

We then had a go at playing the ball and try scoring before our obstacle course race which practiced speedwork and hand-offs.
